You can DROP OFF used screens and PICK UP new screens

for fraction of the cost rather than us coming to your home.

A note regarding old/existing window screen frames:

  • A sliding patio screen door usually can be rescreened if it’s in good condition and the frame is not bent.
  •  Many times sliders are built with plastic wheels or locks that break.  Unfortunately we don’t carry these parts to fit sliders unless it was built by us.
  • A window screen typically can’t be repaired and we do not offer this service.

When window screen frames are new, they have a natural curve outward (or cambered). This camber is important. The screen frame is pulled straight in order to create constant tension on the screen fabric. This tension keeps the screen’s fabric taut. Unfortunately, window screen frames lose this nature curve after a period of time.
Attempting to rescreen a used window screen that has lost this curve, will bow inward or “hour glass” as the fabric is pulled taut in the frame. A window screen that has hour glassed will no longer fit properly. The larger the screen, the more common this will happen. Also, most original window screens use plastic corners. These corners become discolored and brittle over time and normally breaks amounting to no real saving of any parts or money.
