Solar Screen fabric or Sunscreen is designed to reduce heat transfer through windows by helping to eliminate many of the sun’s harmful rays. Solar screen fabric not only reduces the heat, but plays an important role in glare reduction as well as daytime privacy. Solar screens never directly contact the surface of the glass which allows it to stop the heat before it reaches the glass. Sunscreen material is a premier brand fabrics are made of strong, extremely durable, vinyl-coated polyester, formulated to withstand solar abuse. It is flame retardant, heat sealable, mildew resistant and stable under hot or cold temperatures.
